Returns

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer unless specified under the product description or title. Please call customer service at (714)835-3400 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs upon returning any product. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. Items must be returned in all original packaging.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed in the order they are received, and most orders received before 2:00PM PST will ship within 1-3 days, provided the product ordered is in stock. However, during periods of high order volume, order processing delays can be up to 5 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Fitbikeco or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Fitbikeco. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

International Shipments

We do ship internationally. International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

Taxes

Fitbikeco shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fitbikeco shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fitbikeco shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fitbikeco shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
